Financing Your Home

A custom-built home requires a Construction to Permanent (CTP) loan. Fortunately, RWB Homes can help you work with our preferred lenders to secure pre-approval and begin the process of crafting your dream home. 

    • Offered specifically for custom-built homes

    • Same rates as a conventional mortgage

    • Includes land + build cost under one mortgage

    • 30-year term loan

    • Minimum 10% down payment

    • First 12 months to build a custom home

    • During the custom build — 12 months — principal mortgage payments are deferred

    • After the custom build — 12 months — loan amortization payments will begin
